We are pleased to announce that as of this week, RGC has moved to a new Online Class Management Software called iClassPro.
With implementation of a new software arrive additional positive operational changes such as monthly billing and definition of RGC’s ‘Scheme of Work’ and individual gymnast Levels.
While all our current members are going to learn more about the upcoming changes very soon, we have prepared a short Q&A to assist you with this transition.
WHY DO YOU USE SOFTWARE?
Using software enables us to create and manage classes, track enrollments and manage payments. It makes the day to day tasks of running our club much more efficient.
HOW WILL THIS CHANGE OF SOFTWARE IMPACT ME?
Positively we hope! Once you login to your new member account and become familiar and comfortable navigating it, you will find it very similar to your Gnobeo account with some added features as time goes on. You will be able to update your contact information, add notes regarding your gymnast’s health, view your enrollments and history of bookings and payments as well as request a booking or make a payment using your saved payment information.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO?
Yes, attempt to re-set your password on the login page of the new parent portal. Should this not work, we haven’t probably transferred your details over yet. You are welcome to create a brand new account or login again in a day or two.

If you booked a summer camp, then you have already created an account and in this case please login and check that your information is up-to-date and all your children are added in the ‘Students’ section.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAD A BALANCE ON MY GNOBEO ACCOUNT?
Whether it was a payment due or a credit note, we carried this over to your new account. Please check your new account information and balance and let us know if you see any inconsistency.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED FOR SUMMER TRAINING ON THIS NEW ACCOUNT?
You will be billed the same way as in Gnobeo, on pay-as-go basis. A charge will appear on your member account at the end of each week for all attended sessions within that week. You will receive a statement of account also to review your charges.
I AM ON YOUR WAITING LIST, IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO AND SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT LOSING MY PLACE ON THE WAITING LIST?
You do not need to worry, if your saved availability matched any of our classes and you have therefore been included on a waiting list for a specific class up to the end of July 2017 (you could see the specific classes you have been waiting for by logging into your Gnobeo member account), we have recorded your position on the waiting list and will use this information to offer spaces in the future. If you have created an account in the past but have not been included in any specific class waiting list, we have your details saved and will be in touch as spaces become available in the future.
