I’m interested in signing my husband up for the adult gym class on Wednesdays as a birthday gift. Do you have availability.

  10. Just want to make sure that these classes are still available ?

  11. Hi! I’ve always loved gymnastics and used to do a bit in school but unfortunately it wasn’t focused on that much. I’ve always wanted to do adult gymnastics classes and would love to come into one of the sessions during the summer. However, I dislocated my kneecap 4 years ago and this is the only issue that is stopping me! I’ve never dislocated it since, but I am still nervous. I’d still love to go for it, so would love some advice. Many thanks!

    1. Hi Sarah,
No problem. Come and try a session. It costs €10 per class and it is a drop in. You don`t need to pre-register to attend a class. Just let your coach know about your medical condition when you come for the first time. The class has lots of conditioning and stretching, followed by the use of gymnastics apparatuses. You can set the pace that suits you best. Thank you and we look forward to having you soon in one of our sessions!
