Renmore Gymnastics Club has a professional team of qualified coaches who are dedicated to making gymnastics a fun and progressive experience for every member. Drawn from many parts of the globe, inside the walls of our training centre you will meet some of the most genuine, hard-working, fun people the world has to offer. RGC is a good place to work, in a great city, accessible by bus.
Coaching vacancies arise at Renmore Gymnastics Club from time to time, and present great opportunities to learn and grow and earn a wage while doing something you really love. We’re always interested in hearing from qualified coaches looking for work – if you are a reliable and enthusiastic coach who is passionate about gymnastics, please contact email@example.com; we’d love to hear from you!
The primary role of coaches is to lead our members in their gymnastics progression. As in any job there will also be the extra few bits and pieces which need to be done, including some tidying and cleaning, greeting parents, applying the odd plaster, celebrating birthdays, updating social media, and occasionally preparing reports.
Wages are paid fortnightly and follow the national pay model, beginning at the minimum wage for a coach with little experience, and increasing based on qualification, experience, and performance.
What else? All coaches must be (or become) members of Gymnastics Ireland, must have a basic gymnastics coaching qualification (we can help with that), must undergo child protection training (we can organise that). Prior to commencing employment you must be cleared to work with children by completing a standard background clearance check to be filed with Gymnastics Ireland, and approved the Gardai.
