Thanks for visiting our website, we are thrilled that you are interested in joining Renmore Gymnastics.
To join RGC, you will first need to create an account on our Customer Portal, and add your child as a student on your account. Once done, you can click on “Booking”, which will allow you to search through all available class options and you can submit a request to enroll them in a class that would suit you. You can submit requests for as many classes as you’d like, and we will approve the first class that has availability.
You will know that your enrollment request has been successful when you have checked out of the basket and continued to the end until the screen confirms that “Your registration has been successful”, meaning your request for enrollment has reached us and we are reviewing it. You will also receive same confirmation via E-mail.
After submitting your request(s), you will receive an email confirming that you have submitted a request. You will then receive another email once your request has been processed – this email will notify you if your child has been enrolled, or if they have been waitlisted for your requested class.
All new members with RGC will join the club at a beginner level. The class name will vary depending on a member’s age:
Under 3: Active Start Under 3’s (Parent & Toddler / Wobbler)
Age 3 – 5: Active Start Under 5’s*
Age 5 – 8: Active Start Under 8’s
Age 8 – 10: Gym FUNdamentals Under 10’s
Age 10 – 13: Gym FUNdamentals Over 10’s
Age 13 – 18: Gym FUNdamentals Over 13’s
Age 18+: Adult Gym
*if, at the time of requesting a class your child is over 5 please request Active Start Under 8’s
If your child has trained with another club at a recreational level, they will still be required to join at a Beginner level with RGC. Coaches are continually assessing gymnasts in class and will recommend if they feel a member should be moved to an alternative class level, and if so which level they feel is appropriate. Different gymnastics clubs operate using different class syllabuses / class levels, so it would be impossible for us to predict the correct RGC class level for a member without seeing them in class ourselves.
If your child trained at a high level with another club, you can contact reception@renmoregymnastics.org with details of the level at which they competed and/or the number of hours they trained weekly. With this information our programme heads may be able to recommend inviting your child for a trial in order to recommend the best training group to join.
Enrollment in our competitive programs is via coach recommendation and/or subject to a trial.

WAITING LIST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When your request to be placed on a waiting list is approved, you will be notified via E-mail and your start date of enrollment with a status WAIT will be the date you made the request online. You may check this via your club online account anytime but it won’t show you the position on the list. You may contact the club to ask for an approximate position but we are unable to estimate the length of time of waiting.
Please note that we strive to offer spaces as fast as we can but due to an ever increasing demand for gymnastics, the waiting periods can be months and sometimes year or two particularly if waiting for weekend classes or classes that generally suit most people’s availability and that as a result have a near 100% retention rate and in which spaces become available only very rarely.
We recommend you WAIT for as many classes that suit you as possible at the time of starting to WAIT. When your availability changes, you can be added to another class with a start date you first requested to WAIT.
We may sometimes decide to pause the WAITING list of some classes if the waiting list has grown too long. Every year, we may also change classes around and some may be cancelled or moved to another day. We will notify you in this case.
When we create a brand new waiting list, we will notify people publicly via our web or social media, we do not notify families already waiting.
Families who created an account or completed a camp are not automatically placed on a waiting list, they must specifically request to be placed on a waiting list or preferably do this themselves online via this Parent Portal.
When a space becomes available, we will notify you via an email. We will offer the time in which we currently have a space and a group that is suitable for your child’s current age. If you reject an offered space more than twice, the club may notify you that no more spaces will be offered to you and will advise you make contact with the club again in the future.
