On Sunday 1st December, our level 3 MAG squad travelled to compete in the Men’s Winter Challenge, Carrigaline. Reprepresenting Renmore GC at Level 3 Under 8 was Mikey Hynes. Mikey pulled out all the stops with his performance on floor and P-Bars scoring highly followed by solid performances on high bar and vault. Mikey was rewarded for his efforts with an overall bronze medal.
Competing in Level 3 Under 12 were Victor Costello and Dara Mulhall. Both boys put in outstanding performances. Victors’ floor routine was spectacular! Dara was placed third and Victor achieved his best result to date placing 2nd.
Our two U10 boy’s Callum Stanley and Daniel Zeps also put in performances to be very proud of! Fantastically Callum took home the gold medal in his age group also at level 3!
Well done boys, we’re very proud of you all! Keep up the hard work and we’ll all look forward to the Men’s Spring Challenge next year. Best wishes from all your coaches!
