We are getting ready for our Club Competition and we need your help this weekend!
We are looking for assistance on:
Saturday, 4th June
4pm
Meet at RGC to load the truck with gym equipment.
5.30pm
Help required to unload the gym equipment to the Kingfisher Sports Hall at NUI Galway.
Sunday, 5th June
Between 8.30am & 6pm
On the day we need helpers on the doors, to assist on the various stalls of merchandise, home baked goodies, raffle, scorekeepers etc. any help would be greatly appreciated.
6pm
When the show is over at we are looking for help load the equipment to the truck.
8pm
To meet at the gym and help to unpack equipment from truck
We are looking for help from gymnasts who are not competing but can spare the time.
If you cannot volunteer your time we would appreciate home baked goodies for our cake stall and any items you can donate to our raffle.
