We are delighted to invite our members of the Kinder stream and their family to our annual Kinder Christmas Display, end of 2018 celebration of the children’s accomplishments.
Event Details:
Who: Members currently enrolled in Kinder Beginner, Kinder Learner or Kinder Master
When: Saturday 8th of December
Where: Renmore Gymnastics Club, Ballybrit, Galway
Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm
Gymnast Entry Cost: €2 per entry (payment will be collected at the door)
Spectator Cost: €2 per adult, €1 per child (aged 3+)
Prerequisite: Club member account in good standing and zero balance at the time of booking
Registration Closing Date: Sunday 2nd of December
***Kidisco – We are also organizing a Kids’ disco party for members aged 3-13 years which will be on right after the display. Children will be entertained by a DJ, they will dance, do games to music and have a fun night to remember. If your child would like to stay on after their display, then only the disco fee of 5 Euro will be payable. We will just need a parent to accompany their Kinders for the duration of the disco and join in on the dancing. If interested, you can now book your Kinder in for both the display and the disco via your parent portal account.
How to register for the Display
Log in to the Parent Portal
1. On the left side of the screen you will see a menu with the option to select “Displays”
2. Under “Kinder Christmas Display 8TH DECEMBER 6-7PM” select ENROLL NOW
3. Select Student and Click: Continue Enrollment*
4. Answer Display Questions and select Continue Enrollment**
5. Click Add to Cart: You will NOT be charged anything at this time
6. Click Continue and then Complete Transaction***
* Please Note: In enrolling more than one gymnast each enrollment will need to be submitted separately. Estimated number of spectators only needs to be entered for the FIRST enrollment. For subsequent entries please write: none.
**Spectator entry will be available for purchase on the evening. We are trying to approximate how many to expect so we can set up seating.
***This will prompt a confirmation email to be sent as proof of enrollment. If you do not receive this email then please select the enrollments option on the side menu to see if the enrollment was processed. If it does not appear you may have missed a step so please try and submit the request again. If it does appear please add our email address to your contacts and check your spam folder.
Cancellations
If you make a reservation but you can no longer make it, please email us or text us at least 24 hours in advance.
What should they wear?
There is no specific dress code but we think that children wearing a Christmas jumper/top would be super cute!!

Volunteers & Goodies
We are calling on all parents, especially those of you who love to bake, to please bring with you on the night or drop in (if not participating) any kind of tasty goodies such as biscuits, cookies, pastries, cakes and pies as we normally sell those along with hot and cold beverages on the night. We’d also be grateful for any volunteers to help with this stand, the door and general running of the event. Thank you.
