This is an event run in a similar format to the standard gymnastics competition. Athletes have been working on building their routines in classes over the past month and are invited to showcase their skills for family and friends on either floor, vault or both!

The day is all about celebrating each child’s individual successes and all participants will receive medals and certificates.

Gymnasts in the Following Levels Have Been Invited

– Kinder Master aged 5+ (Kinder Beginner & Kinder Learner have a separate display in June and aren’t participating in this event)
– Entry Streams (Entry Beginner, Learner, Master) [Boys & Girls]
– Recreational Levels 1-6 [Boys & Girls]
– Rhythmic Intermediate 2
– Teens

How it Works
All participant groups will be assigned an Optional Skills List. Gymnasts and coaches will build a routine from this list. As it is not a set routine this will give gymnasts the chance to pick their specific strengths or favorite skills to perform. Each routine will be performed on a single floor strip for members of the recreational and artistic programs. Gymnasts will also be given the option to perform an additional vault.

We are always in need to parent volunteers to help on the day. Please let us know if available.

Valentine’s Annual Raffle is Here

Check out this year’s amazing prizes, take part and be in for a chance to become one of the lucky winners! Your donation, however big or small, will make a huge difference for the club this year and might just make it possible for us to get that new floor and even upgrade other pieces of equipment.

And don’t forget, the prize draw will take place at our social gathering for all family members on Saturday 23rd February in the Connacht Hotel and we have planned a lot of excited stuff to entertain all our members during the afternoon and evening!!

The Valentine’s Annual Raffle is an important part of the club’s fundraising. The easy-to-sell sheet of lines (10 or 12 lines, €2/each) raise significant funds for the club which are then used toward improving & upgrading our training facilities and equipment.
Raffle cards are given out in January and the draw of the raffle prizes takes place at our Parents’ and Adult Members’ Evening Event. This event will be on Saturday 23rd February 2019 in the Connacht Hotel. We would love it if you saved this date and if you have any ideas for the night, please let us know through our recent survey on
Every year we have great prizes worth hundreds of euros from generous club sponsors, and we’re hoping this year will be no different.
If you like what we do and wish to support the club, sponsoring a raffle prize is one great way to do that. Simply email to let us know that you’d like to donate and we’ll put the best prizes and print your logo on the Raffle Card.
