Once again, big tanks to all our members, we hope both our gymnasts and parents enjoyed the competition on Sunday and had fun. We want to say a huge thanks to all who donated prizes and baked goods for our stands, to all the parents who volunteered on the day from the door, the stands, minding gymnasts, moving equipment and loading and unloading the trucks. To those parents who helped out on Saturday (and Sunday) evening also with the move, the clean up of the gym and set up in Kingfisher we are very grateful. To the Rowers who were a great help with the equipment move, to Paul Fitzgerald for the use of his truck, to Liam Slevim for organizing the bricks, to Nigel Moss for sponsoring our printing, to the other dads who let us use their vans, to Jacinta and Supermacs for the vouchers, to name but a few. To our wonderful coaches and staff in RGC for all the work both in advance preparing our Fab gymnasts to all the work you put in over the weekend. To Marcus for taking fab photos and the staff in the Kingfisher for helping us out over the weekend. To the Civil Defence team – Louie, Lily, Daragh and Lauren thanks as always you put in a long day. To those we have not named we are very grateful. Once again thanks to everyone for their support without it we could not have run the event.

we need volunteers

We are calling on all members and non members available this Sunday 3rd June, we are in the final stages of preparing for our Annual Club Competition and do not currently have enough bodies to run this event. We would be grateful for any help you may be able to offer. If you would like to help, please email us on and let us know that you are available and when.

Thank you.

We are the final stages of preparing for our Annual Club Competition and are getting super excited!! We are REACHING OUT TO ALL OUR MEMBERS and anyone willing to help!

Please contact us at if you are interested in helping – we are looking for volunteers to help us move equipment both on Saturday afternoon 2nd and Sunday evening 3rd after the event at both locations. We also need as many helpers on the day to coordinate crowds, man our stands, sell tickets and much much more. We would also be grateful for any ‘man&van’, donations, raffle prizes etc. THANK YOU 😃🌞👍

We wish to advise our members that all classes are on as normal this weekend, both Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th, this includes Kinder, Entry, REC, Target, ACRO, MAG, WAG and RHY.
*Tumblers have been emailed separately and some WAG gymnasts are at a squad training in Dublin. Everyone else is training as normal.

There is going to be NO TRAINING on this Bank Holiday Monday 7th May. We will advise alternative/make up sessions for competitive groups and all Kinder, Entry and REC club accounts have been issued a credit note last week to reduce this month’s fees.

Teen and Target Squad may come training on another evening or request a credit note.

Wishing all members an enjoyable and warm Bank Holiday Weekend!!!
